What we do
The things a member can actually do
Membership is curated and starts with an application. Once you are approved and your profile is complete, these open up.
- Connect
- Find members by field, country, career stage and the languages they work in. Ask for an introduction; make one.
- Share knowledge
- Write an article or a practical guide. Answer questions in your area. Run a session for people a few steps behind you.
- Find genuine opportunities
- Scholarships, PhD and postdoc positions, fellowships, research roles and jobs — reviewed for legitimacy before they are shared, with the language and eligibility requirements spelled out.
- Mentorship, both directions
- Request a mentor for a specific goal — a PhD application, a move abroad, a career change. Or offer a few conversations to someone who needs them.
- Collaborate
- Post what you are looking for: a co-author, a co-founder, a grant partner, an expert reviewer, a second pair of hands on a project.
- Recognition that travels
- Certificates for what you complete, badges for verified credentials, and a professional record you keep — not one locked inside this platform.
- Events
- Workshops, masterclasses, community meetings and cross-border exchanges, with attendance recorded where it earns a certificate.
