Communities
Communities grow around people
Strong communities form when people with shared experience, field or ambition come together — not before. The platform doesn't create them empty and wait for people to arrive.

More communities will emerge
As members join and their fields, career stage and interests build up, the platform looks for genuine shared ground — never manufactured, never empty. Quality matters more than quantity.
Apply to joinHow a new community forms
- Members apply, are reviewed by a person, and complete a full profile.
- As profiles build up, the platform looks for groups of members who share a real common ground — a field, a career stage, a purpose.
- When about 10 approved members share one, and the grouping looks genuine, it becomes a proposal — visible only to the organisers.
- An organiser reviews each proposal and decides whether to start the community, wait, decline, merge it with another, or rename it.
- If it starts, the members in it are added and told, and can leave any time.
Nothing is automatic, and no community appears here until an organiser activates it.
